"On visiting WWII Victory Museum in 2004 and again in 2005 I was amazed at the vast collection of WWII war relics and memorabilia placed on viewing display for the general public. Most weapons, tanks, trucks and other war machines looked as though they had just been recovered fresh from battlefields. Having fought from the Beaches of Normandy to Hitler’s home in Berchtesgaden, I could see in my mind’s eye the enemy troops still attending their weapons and equipment. I could also see Allies at their posts, wherever they may be, and ready for battle.
Entering the WWII Victory Museum is like stepping back in time to World War II battlefields. Hopefully the Victory Museum’s efforts in presenting history as it happened will spur those of newer generations to better understand the past as lived by their fathers, mothers, and others who have gone on before, giving their all during World War Two as “The Greatest Generation.” History must be kept forever for our future generations; so that knowledge of history at its worse shall not be repeated."
"The World War II Victory Museum serves as a reminder of what not only our country, but the world has endured, and also as a living tribute to those who served. The World War II Victory Museum is an opportunity that should not be missed."
